Tier 1 Maintenance Plan
Monthly maintenance will be performed on a scheduled basis by Modsnap Design LLC. After performing monthly maintenance we will check that no conflicts have occurred. If we do find conflicts, we will repair or restore to the previous backup state and make every effort to remediate any and all software conflicts.
Maintenance services include:

Tier 2 Maintenance Plan
Includes all of our Tier 1 services with the inclusion of our ADA accessibility program. In order to make your website ADA compliant, we use a number of techniques in addition to software by AccessiBe to adhere to these guidelines. Then after 48 hours of being installed your website is fully compliant and certified. Thereafter, every 24 hours, the AI scans for new and revised content to fix it for you, automatically.
